What Is The Process To Enroll Into Your Services
We make the process very simple. Few steps have to be taken by both the parties to ensure a legal and hassle free partnership.
  • We would send you an e-copy of the enrollment agreement with all the details, which has to be hand signed and the hard copy should be couriered to our address. We charge a non refundable enrollment fee of $300, which has to be deposited to our company bank account.
  • On receipt of the signed agreement and the enrollment fee, Our team of experts would do a manual inspection of your property premises and send you a detailed photographic and video report of all repairs required,if any to be carried out to make the property lease ready. We would recommend repairs and categorize them as mandatory and optional.
  • Once you evaluate the repairs needed  and get back to us with your decision, We will send you the best quotations for the cost of repairs and renovation.
  • On receipt of the related expenses, We will send a team of our experts and get started on the maintenance work, the turnaround time of which will depend on the volume of work.
  • On successful completion of the work, We will send you again a photographic and video report showing the maintenance work, that has been accomplished.
  • We would then advertise the property and lease out the property to qualified tenants at a fair market price. The security deposit and the rents will be deposited into your registered bank accounts on a monthly basis.
What Fees Will You Charge Me?
Apart from the non refundable enrollment fee of $300, We also charge 15% of the net rent as service charge, which is deducted every month.

When Does An Owner Get his check?
We make every effort to ensure your funds are received no later than the 15th of the current month. Direct deposit of any owner’s monthly check is available at no extra charge. In addition, we include an itemized accounting statement.
How Can I know What My Home Will Rent For?
